Registering, participating and using this service means that you ("The User") accept the Terms of Use and Disclaimer set out herein, and the conditions included in the Privacy Policy. Registering and/or participating in WeeklyChoice.com is confirmation that you are over 18 years old and that you accept the terms herein.

The User is responsible for all charges resulting from use of this service including direct charges and indirect charges.
WeeklyChoice.com is not responsible for the content, quality, accuracy or any other aspect of the information provided by WeeklyChoice.com users; nor is WeeklyChoice.com liable for any errors in that information, nor for errors, disruptions or delays in its transmission.

WeeklyChoice.com reserves the right to remove anything that it determines - in its sole and absolute discretion and in compliance with relevant laws - does not comply with the rules set forth herein and to refuse any material deemed offensive, racist, or otherwise unfit.

WeeklyChoice.com Anti-Spam Policy
Spam is strictly prohibited. If you spam, your account will be terminated immediately and you will be ineligible for a new account.
Spamming, or the sending of mass, unsolicited email, is an unequaled time-waster. It takes time to download, sort through, and identify junk mail, and then it takes time to discard it. Spam is not just unethical, it doesn't work. Spamming merely labels your website as inexperienced and irresponsible. Anti-spamming legislation has already taken effect in more than a dozen states in the U.S. and in several countries around the world.

ADVERTISING STANDARDS
Effective January 1, 2006
The following are some but not all standards applicable to classified in-column advertising in The Weekly Choice and other products published by Choice Publications, Inc.
CHARGE CARDS: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.
DEADLINES: Holiday Deadlines will be established as the holiday arrives. Classified and Legal in-column advertising deadlines will be the same as display advertising deadlines.
FORMAT: Standard format for entering a classified advertisement is to put the first one (1) or two (2) words in bold caps followed by light face font for the remaining copy. Remaining copy is set in paragraph form. If a headline is purchased, the advertiser may set the advertisement up in any format and can bold copy as desired.
INCORRECT INSERTION POLICY: Choice Publications, Inc. will not be responsible for more than one incorrect insertion, nor will it be liable for any error in the advertisements to a greater extent than the cost of the space occupied by the error.
All advertising placed by phone is read back to the advertiser at the time of placement. Classified and Display advertising may be placed on-line at www.WeeklyChoice.com.
MISCLASSIFICATION OF ADVERTISING: Choice Publications, Inc. strongly discourages the misclassification of any advertising. Classified, by definition, groups advertising under specific, descriptive headings.
MONTHLY BILLING ACCOUNTS: Can be established for frequent advertisers, or advertisers needing to exceed the $120 credit limit. An approved credit application must be on file to have a monthly account. Advertising is billed out during the month the expiration date falls. For credit application and information call (989) 732-2640.
OFFICE HOURS/HOLIDAYS: The business hours for the advertising and business departments are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday; 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Sunday. The advertising and business office will close on the following
holidays: News Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Early deadlines will be printed in the paper.
POLITICAL ADVERTISING: All political advertisement must be paid in advance by campaign check and be approved prior to publication.
REFUNDS: There is no written refund policy. Upon cancellation of a paid ad, the refund may be picked up, if local, at any time, if paid by cash. Signature of individual picking up the refund is necessary. If paid with a check, the refund can be picked up 10 days after the payment was posted for local checks, and 14 days for any other check. Identification is required for pickup of a refund. Out of town refunds mailed to name on account as set up with Choice Publications, Inc. classified department.
TFN ('TIL FURTHER NOTICE) ADVERTISING: If an advertiser wishes his or her ad to continue until further notice, should be paid for one month in advance. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to cancel the ad when they want the ad to no longer appear in the paper. The advertiser will be responsible for payment in full of all TFN advertising until the advertising is cancelled.
We will accept only standard abbreviations and required proper punctuation. Choice Publications, Inc. reserves the right to edit, reclassify, revise, reject or cancel any advertisement at any time, in its sole discretion. Rates and specifications are subject to change.
